We have been living happily in this condo for over 4 years, but we finished our dream home on the beach. We absolutely loved living in Reserva Conchal and are very sad to leave this amazing community. We have considered staying many times, however this was always the plan.

While the amenities are free and the beach access is free, your monthly rent includes Beach Club access. This includes the gym, spa, beach chairs and unlimited use of kayaks, bikes, discounted food and other benefits. As a resident you are able to play golf with only green fees and cart fees. However, you can buy a Golf membership for an additional fee which gives you full access to golf and all of it's privileges. There is a Concierge that can handle all your needs such as transportation within the resort, excursions or any other things you might need - all included! Yes, there is a Homeowner's association. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The HOA fees are included in your rent and not extra.

The condo is rented turn-key, fully equiped and furnished with everything you need to be able to immediately start living.

We have enjoyed living in Reserva Conchal for many years. It's a golf cart community where the kids can roam around freely and safely. There is a free shuttle that can bring you, your kids or your guests back and forth to the Beach Club or other attractions within the community. There are frequent community events making it easy to get to know people and make new friends. We can tell you without a doubt that Costa Rica is safe, more safe than most cities in North America. Reserva Conchal is the most secure gated community with the most amenities that we've seen anywhere in the world. It has 24/7 security, patrols, and other measures for safety within the resort. We sleep without a single concern. It has been a wonderful place to raise our family.
